Roy Werner is a Los Angeles based musician and composer. In his 15+ years engaged with the electronic music community he has crafted tangled soundscapes as G.S. Sultan and under his own name, toured extensively and published work with various imprints internationally, created works for multimedia installation, film, radio and dance, and continues to be drawn deeper by sound’s unique capacity for the transmission of psychic atmosphere and SOUL.
